Orders Outside the United States

Thank you very much for your interest in Ready to Rally! 

Note: This DVD was published using the same format used for movies and other commericial video in the United States (NTSC DVD-VIdeo).   We understand it is very common for TVs and DVD players outside the U.S. to play both this format and the PAL format, and we have had absolutely no reports of difficulties with this. Nevertheless, you may wish to double-check your own situation.

 

To place an order from outside the United States, please follow these two steps:

    1.

E-mail the following information to us at  
support@in-canine-company.com:

a. Your name and address
b. Your phone number (needed for customs forms)
c. The desired quantity 

    Note: Quantity discounts are available for volumes greater than ten
             DVD copies--
               10-19 units:  30% discount
               20-29 units:  35% discount
               30 or more units:  40% discount  

d. If you're ordering a single DVD, let us know which shipping option
     you prefer. If not specified, we'll use Priority Mail.

               Priority Mail International (about 6-10 days): US $12.95
               Express Mail International (about 5 days):     US $27.95

               (Please see the note below if you're ordering multiple
               copies. )

We will then send you an invoice via e-mail. This invoice will include a link to PayPal that will facilitate a secure and protected credit card or PayPal transaction.

Note regarding orders for multiple copies:  

If you're ordering multiple copies, we'll send you an e-mail with information regarding your shipping options and costs.  In this case, we'll send you an invoice after we hear back from you concerning your choice for shipping.

    2.

After you receive our invoice, click the link in the invoice and provide your credit card information to Paypal.  You may also use a Paypal account, if you have one.

Please note that you do NOT need to have a Paypal account to enter your credit card information. In any case, you will have have a secure and protected transaction.

We will ship your order as soon as PayPal notifies us that they have processed your charge.
